Target audience :

According to the "113th Annual Government Counseling Resources Lazy Package_Carbon Inventory Energy Conservation Diagnosis Consultation", the applicable objects are domestic manufacturing industries with legal factory registration; and have not received other government program guidance resources for greenhouse gas inventory, product carbon footprint calculation, or energy-saving diagnosis consultation since the 111th year of the Republic of China.

 Scope and amount of subsidies 

According to the "113 Manufacturing Low-carbon and Intelligent Upgrading and Transformation Consultation and Diagnosis Application Instructions", manufacturers can choose the following two diagnostic and counseling areas to apply: 

1.Case application: 

• Small and medium-sized enterprises: The total subsidy for each case is NT$20, of which the government subsidy is 16 yuan, and the manufacturer is self-raised 4 yuan. 

• Non-small and medium-sized enterprises: The total subsidy amount for each case is NT$30, of which the government subsidy is NT$24 and the manufacturer is self-raised by 6 yuan. 

2.Large to small (1+N): 

• low-carbon diagnosis and guidance: At least 1 company with 10 companies to apply together, the total subsidy for each case is NT$20, of which the government subsidy is 16 yuan, and the manufacturer raises 4 yuan. 

• Intelligent diagnosis and guidance: At least 1 company with 4 companies to apply together, the total subsidy for each case is NT$20, of which the government subsidy is 16 yuan, and the manufacturer is self-raised 4 yuan. 

Subsidy application and counseling process 

1.Application period: 

From the date of the announcement to the exhaustion of the annual funding quota, the operator should complete the submission before 18 o'clock on the announcement acceptance deadline. 

2.Eligibility: 

Manufacturing companies that have registered as a company, business or limited partnership in accordance with the law, meet the relevant regulations of regularly employing more than 10 employees and registering factories in accordance with the law.

3. Application Documents: 

Applicants need to download and fill out the application instructions and application form, and send it to the designated consulting unit for eligibility review. 

Counseling content 

1.Carbon inventory: Includes factory carbon emission estimates, product carbon footprint calculations, greenhouse gas inventory, etc. 

2.Energy-saving diagnosis: Includes diagnosis of high-energy-consuming equipment, carbon reduction potential assessment, and provision of carbon reduction solutions. 

3.Training and Consultation: Includes basic training on carbon inventory, carbon footprint calculation, and energy-saving diagnosis consultation.

The main content of the 16+4 carbon inventory subsidy includes the applicable targets, the scope and amount of the subsidy, as well as the relevant application and counseling processes. 

Application for qualification 

1.Company registration: Manufacturing industry that has registered as a company, business or limited partnership in accordance with the law. 

2.Number of employees: Meets the standard of regularly employing more than 10 employees. 

3.Factory registration: Factory registration must be carried out in accordance with the law (those who are exempt from factory registration in accordance with the law must submit supporting documents issued by the competent authority). 

4.Operating status: 

• The company is in good operating condition and cannot be dissolved or suspended. 

• It is not allowed to refuse to be a bank account.

5.Source of funds: Must not be a mainland-funded enterprise (according to the latest list of mainland-funded investment enterprises in Taiwan published by the Investment Review Committee of the Ministry of Economic Affairs). 

6.Legal compliance: The applicant company has not violated relevant laws on the protection of labor and the environment, or the relevant provisions of the Act on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities within 3 years, and the circumstances are serious. 

7.Application content: If you have the following circumstances, you are not allowed to apply for this project: 

• The same application has received subsidies from other government agencies. 

• Those who have received diagnostic guidance or subsidies for low-carbon and intelligent upgrading and transformation as stipulated in these Regulations.

 The application period is from the date of announcement until the annual funding amount is exhausted. Applicants should complete the submission before 18 o'clock on the announcement acceptance deadline. If the fee is exhausted, the organizer will announce in advance that it will stop accepting
